Sponsor Obligations
If you are granted this visa your sponsor must meet the following obligations:
- meet all financial obligations to the Australian government incurred by you and your family arising out of your stay in Australia
- meet all travel expenses for you and your family to a place in a foreign country when your visa expires, or the expiry of the sponsorship, whichever is earlier
- not seek to recover from you and your family any expenditure by the sponsor in relation to your travel to or from Australia
- not seek to recover from you and your family any expenditure by the sponsor in relation to financial support of you in Australia
- ensure you and your family comply with the conditions under which you were allowed to enter Australia
- ensure you comply with all relevant legislation and awards in relation to any employment entered into by you in Australia.
