Sponsor Obligations
The sponsor is responsible for:
- all financial obligations to the Commonwealth you and your family incur during your stay in Australia
- your compliance with all relevant legislation and awards in relation to any employment you undertake in Australia
- compliance by you and your family with the conditions under which you were allowed to enter Australia, unless the department decides otherwise.
