Sponsor Obligations
The sponsor is responsible for:
- all financial obligations to the Commonwealth you and your family incur during your stay in Australia
- your compliance with all relevant legislation and awards in relation to any employment you undertake in Australia
- compliance by you and your family with the conditions under which you were allowed to enter Australia, unless the department decides otherwise
- not making any variations to the itinerary listed, nor making arrangements for additional venues, performances or appearances, including stage, shopping centres or television or for commercial advertising work on behalf of the entertainers without obtaining the prior approval of the department
- meeting Australian taxation obligations.
