For retirees who are 55 years of age and over who want to spend their retirement years in Australia.

Retirement Visa (Subclass 410)

Only available to people who currently hold this visa (and their partners), or to former Retirement visa holders (and their partners) who have not held another substantive visa since their last Retirement visa was granted.

Investor Retirement Visa (Subclass 405)

A temporary visa for people aged 55 years or older who are able to make a significant long term financial investment in Australia. This visa is not a pathway to a permanent visa.
