To apply for this visa you must lodge the application forms and all necessary documentation.
Application charge
You must pay a non-refundable visa charge when you lodge your visa application. Payment of the charge does not guarantee the application will be successful.
There is a second visa application charge payable prior to the grant of the Investor Retirement visa. This charge is payable in respect of each person applying for the visa and must be paid prior to each grant (including each time the visa is renewed).

Complete Form 1383 Application for a temporary visa for retirees and attach all necessary documentation as described in the Application Checklist.

Note: You need to also include the signed and stamped sponsorship form with your application.

Additional information
You may be asked to provide additional information to what you provided in your application. If you are, you will be given a date by which you will have to provide the information. The department will continue processing your application after that date. You cannot delay a decision by saying you may or will give information at a later date.
