Step 1 - Apply for Sponsorship

Before you apply for this visa, you must gain sponsorship from the regional authority in the State/Territory in which you intend to reside.

The table below shows the process which you need to complete to notify the appropriate regional authority.

Person or organisation	Action

Main Applicant	Send the form to the appropriate State/Territory authority. See: Investor Retirement Sponsorship
State/territory authority	A representative will sign, stamp and send the form back to you.
Main Applicant	Include the signed, stamped notification form with your visa application.
