Event Organisers
If you are an event organiser, you are encouraged to contact the International Event Coordinator Network (IECN) as early as possible to ensure streamlined visa arrangements for your participants. To assist with the process, the IECN has prepared an information kit. To obtain this information kit and to register your event you will need to complete the online form.

Confidentiality
In accordance with Australia’s Privacy Act 1988, any information an event organiser or participant passes on to the department’s IECN, will only be used to facilitate visa processing with the relevant Australian overseas visa office.
