Finding a Migration Agent Registered with the Office of the MARA

Office of the MARA Register of Agents

The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Office of the MARA) website contains a Register of Agents that you can use to find a registered migration agent. It allows you to search for an agent, including by postcode and country.
See: Office of the MARA website

Agents who do not charge a fee

The Immigration Advice and Application Assistance Scheme (IAAAS) helps people who are:

  • unable to pay for immigration advice
    or
  • of non-English speaking background and have great difficulty with English
    or
  • live in a remote location
    or
  • have suffered physical or psychological disability or harm from torture, trauma or family violence.

IAAAS services are not provided for appeals to the Federal Court or seeking the Minister's intervention in a case.

IAAAS assistance and advice is funded by the Australian Government at no cost to the applicant, and is delivered by service providers throughout Australia.
