Checking if an Agent has been Sanctioned or is No Longer Registered

Do not use an unregistered agent. Check if your agent is on the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority's (Office of the MARA) Register before hiring them to represent you.

Sanctioned agents

Sanctioned agents are those who:

• have been cautioned
  or
• have had their registration cancelled or suspended
  or
• have been barred from working as a registered migration agent for a period of time.
