Using a Migration Agent in Australia

Important

You do not need to use a migration agent to apply for any visa. However, if you choose to use a migration agent, you should use a registered migration agent.

 

In Australia, migration agents must be registered with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (Office of the MARA) in order to provide immigration assistance services.
