Lodging Applications Outside Australia

You must lodge your application outside Australia if you are applying for your first student guardian visa and the student nominating you as their guardian is subject to Assessment Levels 2, 3 or 4.

Where to lodge and how to pay

You must send or deliver your application to your nearest departmental office.

If you are lodging a paper-based visa application in certain countries you will need to provide biometrics.

Special arrangements for citizens of the People's Republic of China, Pakistan or Afghanistan

There are special arrangements if you are applying for your first student guardian visa and you are a citizens from one of the following countries:

• People's Republic of China
