How a sponsor must report an event to Immigration
The sponsor must provide the relevant details of the event by registered post or by electronic mail to an address specified by the Minister within 10 working days.
Events where a sponsor must provide information to Immigration
The information provided in the sponsor application regarding the sponsor's address or contact details has changed.
The sponsor has paid for the return travel costs of the primary or secondary sponsored persons in relation to their 'obligation to pay costs to enable sponsored persons to leave Australia'.
A primary sponsored person fails to participate in the activity which they were nominated to participate in.
A primary sponsored person ceases participation, prior to the cessation date specified in the nomination, in an activity they were nominated to participate in.
