How a sponsor must report an event to Immigration
The sponsor must provide the relevant details of the event by registered post or by electronic mail to an address specified by the Minister within 10 working days.
Events where a sponsor must provide information to Immigration
A primary sponsored person is unable to participate in or meet the requirements of the special program.
A primary sponsored person ceases participation in a special program prior to the ending of the special program.
A primary sponsored person fails to attend a special program.
