About this Visa
This visa allows people to enter Australia under the terms of a bilateral agreement between Australia and another country or to direct the operations of one of the following organisations:
- the British Council
- the Alliance Francaise
- the Goethe-Institut
- the Italian Cultural Institute.
Who is this visa for?
This visa is for people who have the support of an Australian signatory and a foreign government to enter Australia under the terms of a bilateral agreement between them.
How much will this visa cost?
You must pay a visa charge when you lodge your visa application.

What does this visa let me do?
If you are granted this visa, during its validity period you can:
- enter Australia at any time
- undertake the work or activity specified in the relevant Government agreement or direct the operations of a listed company (as applicable)
- bring any eligible family members with you to Australia
- leave and re-enter Australia at any time.
