Order of lodgement

The sponsorship, nomination and visa application can be lodged at the same time or separately.

Note: Neither the visa application nor the nomination application can be lodged before the sponsorship application, and a Subclass 457 visa cannot be approved without a valid nomination.

Australian business sponsors can apply online, in person, by post or by courier.

Overseas business sponsors can only apply by post or by courier.
