Applications by family members
Eligible family members of the employee may apply with the employee or separately.
If they apply separately, they must complete a separate application form and pay a separate application charge. Family members applying separately should also complete Form 1066 when they apply.
How and where to lodge visa applications
All Temporary Business (Long Stay) (subclass 457) visa applications with Australian businesses are processed by the centres of excellence. Your employee will be able to tell you which centre you should lodge your application with.
