Sponsor Obligations

The sponsor is responsible for:

• all financial obligations to the Commonwealth incurred by you and your family arising out of your stay in Australia
• your compliance with all relevant legislation and awards in relation to any employment you undertake in Australia
• compliance by you and your family with the conditions under which you were allowed to enter Australia, unless the department decides otherwise.
