Eligible relative sponsorship

You need to have an eligible relative living in Australia who is willing and able to sponsor you.

Your sponsor will need to complete Form 1277 Application for sponsorship under general skilled migration and sign a sponsorship undertaking.

In addition to being sponsored by an eligible relative you must be assessed against a number of other visa requirements. You will only be granted a visa if all requirements are met.
