Step 1 - Apply for Sponsorship

Before you apply for this visa, you must gain sponsorship from the regional authority in the State/Territory in which you intend to go into business.

The table below shows the process which you need to complete to notify the appropriate regional authority.

Step	Person or organisation	Action

2	State/territory authority	A representative will sign, stamp and send the form back to the business owner.
3	Main Applicant	Include the signed, stamped notification form with your visa application.
