This visa is designed for investors/business people who:

• hold an Investor (provisional) visa
• have maintained your designated investments for the minimum four years
• have been in Australia for at least two years in the last four years.

Investors from overseas who are willing to make a designated investment in Australia, and their family.

How much will this visa cost?

You must pay a non-refundable visa charge when you lodge your visa application.

What does this visa let me do?

With this visa you can:

• work
• travel in and out of Australia any number of times as long as the visa is valid
• study in Australia
• have your family accompany you to Australia; they will have the same entitlements as you
• live and work in Australia on a permanent basis.
