How To Apply
If the sponsor and business visitor are eligible, willing and able to meet their obligations under this visa, they can commence the two-step application process.
Step 1 - Business Visitor Completes Application Form
The business visitor completes and signs the visa application form and sends it to the sponsor in Australia.

Step 2 - Sponsor Completes Sponsorship Form and Lodges Application
The sponsor completes the sponsorship form. The sponsor then submits all application forms and supporting documentation on behalf of the business visitor.
