Step 1 - Apply for Sponsorship

Before you apply for this visa, you must apply for sponsorship from the regional authority in the State/Territory in which you intend to go into business.

The table below shows the process which you need to complete to apply for sponsorship from the appropriate regional authority.

Step	Person or organisation	Action

2	State/territory authority	A representative will sign, stamp and send the form back to the main applicant.
3	Main Applicant	Include the signed, stamped sponsorship form with the visa application.
