Step 1 - Notify the state/territory authority

Before you apply for this visa, you must notify the regional authority in the State/Territory in which you intend to go into business.

The table below shows the process which you need to complete to notify the appropriate regional authority.

2	State/territory authority	A representative will sign, stamp and send the form back to the Investor
3	Main Applicant	Include the signed, stamped notification form with your visa application
