Absent Crew (Deserters)

Crew members who are absent from the vessel, with or without the master's permission, must be reported on departure from each port. Absences must be reported on Form 25 'Report of Absent Members of Crew' (available from the Customs officer at the port). Failure to report all absences may result in a penalty.
