Canada

The Working Holiday visa arrangement between Australia and Canada, which has existed since 1975, was formalised on 10 September 2007 in a Memorandum of Understanding. The new arrangement came into effect on 1 January 2008. Under the arrangement Australians will receive additional benefits.
