Change to Location of Processing of Onshore Subclass 445 (Dependent Child) Visa Applications

The department is consolidating visa and citizenship processing into dedicated centres around Australia. From 1 April 2009, onshore Dependent Child (Subclass 445) visa applications must be sent to the Department's ACT and Regions Office (ACTRO) for processing.

From 1 April 2009, applications must be posted to:

or hand delivered to:
Department of Immigration and Citizenship
ACT and Regions Office
3 Lonsdale Street
Braddon ACT 2612

Note: From 1 April 2009, failure to lodge an onshore Dependent Child (Subclass 445) visa application at ACTRO will mean that no valid Dependent Child (Subclass 445) application has been made.
