Changes to Same-Sex Relationships from 1 July 2009

The Australian Government has introduced reforms that remove discrimination against same-sex couples and their children, from Commonwealth law. These changes will take effect on 1 July 2009, resulting in changes being made to this website.  This means the bookmarks and addresses you have used in the past may no longer work.

Interdependency / Spouse Visa applications lodged before 1 July 2009
