This visa is a permanent visa for children from overseas whose parents are unable to care for them.

Who is this visa for?

This visa is for children under 18 years of age whose parents are unable to care for them. It allows a child who is an orphan relative to remain in Australia.

How much will this visa cost?

There is an application charge for this visa. This will usually not be refunded if the application is unsuccessful, or if the applicant decides to withdraw the application after lodging it. The application charge covers the applicant and any of their dependent family members included in the application.
