2007-08 Review of Statutory Self-Regulation of the Migration Advice Profession

A review of the migration advice profession was conducted during 2007-08 under the guidance of an external reference group. The purpose of the Review was to assess the effectiveness of the regulatory scheme, the state of the profession and its readiness for a move from statutory self-regulation to self-regulation.

The Review reported to the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, Senator Chris Evans and the final report is available below.
