Discussion Paper
The Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs has released a discussion paper on the Community Support for Refugees component of the new Integrated Humanitarian Settlement Strategy service delivery model.
Voluntary community organisations and other interested organisations are invited to attend community consultations to provide feedback to the Department on the registration, management and support for Community Support for Refugees groups. The closing date for written submissions was 18 August 2000.
The discussion paper is available from this website or from State and Territory offices of the Department.
