Response to Commonwealth Ombudsman’s Reports into Referred Immigration Cases

The Commonwealth Ombudsman has released three reports on matters arising from immigration cases referred to him in 2005. The reports relate to an individual, Mr G, and thematic reports on mental health and incapacity and children in detention.
