Department Takes Services to the NSW North Coast

Representatives of the Department of Immigration and Multicultural and Indigenous Affairs (DIMIA) are visiting communities in the North Coast region of New South Wales during the week of 11 November 2002 as part of a strategy and ongoing commitment to provide immigration services in regional and rural areas of Australia.
Departmental representatives will meet with individual clients in Coffs Harbour, Woolgoolga, Grafton and Lismore from Monday 11 November through to Friday 15 November.
The regional and rural service strategy aims to take a range of DIMIA services, including information dissemination and client interviews, to regions throughout New South Wales on a regular, ongoing basis.
