Department Takes Services to Newcastle

Representatives of the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA) will be in attendance at the Newcastle Migrant Resource Centre on 10 and 11 August.
DIMA staff will meet with individual clients over the two days and an information session will be held on the morning of 11 August for community agencies, service providers and other key stakeholders.
The visit is part of the Department's regional and rural service strategy which allows a range of DIMA services, including information dissemination and client interviews, to be taken to regions throughout New South Wales on a regular basis.
