Dear Sir/Madam
I would have thought Kus Pandey (Evidence needed - letters 23 July) would consider the Ombudsman, HREOC, the UNHCR, various Government committees, parliamentarians, religious workers, the Red Cross and media who have visited the centres, to be "credible, third-party witnesses" to what facilities and services are available to immigration detainees.
