The Integrated Humanitarian Settlement Strategy (IHSS) offers services to help you rebuild your life in Australia. If you are a humanitarian entrant you are able to access services under IHSS. The services available to you will depend on your individual needs. The department uses a number of agencies, including volunteer groups, in each state and territory to provide IHSS services. Depending on your needs IHSS services are available for up to twelve months.
