TIS National Promotional DVD

TIS National has produced a three part promotional DVD that is a useful training resource for organisations that work with interpreters. It also provides a simple guide for accessing interpreters through TIS National.

The content of the DVD can be viewed through the links below on the Department of Immigration and Citizenship's YouTube channel, ImmiTV.

Chapter 1 – A guide to TIS National services

The Australian Government, through the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC), provides the TIS National interpreting service for people who do not speak English and for the English speakers who need to communicate with them. TIS National is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for any person or organisation in Australia requiring interpreting services.
