The On-site Interpreter Booking Form is monitored between 9 am and 8 pm, Monday to Friday, Melbourne time. For urgent service outside these hours please compete the Translating and Interpreting Service Request for On-site Interpreting form and then fax the form.

Terms and conditions:

Booking requests from clients approved by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship for free interpreting services will only be taken for appointments up to 28 days in advance of the date of request. Bookings for all other clients can be taken up to three months in advance.

Cancellations must be made in writing providing valid reasons for the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the appointment or the client will be charged. The minimum cancellation fee is 90 minutes unless the booking was for a specifically longer period. A booking for multiple day interpreting with less than 24 hours cancellation notice will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to a full day's work including interpreter travel time and costs.
