How to Produce a Settlement Report

The table below provides instructions on how to use the Settlement Reporting Facility.
Follow the steps below to produce the settlement report(s) that you require.

| 1 | Access the settlement reporting facility. |
| 2 | Choose which reports you need for 'Reports'. |
| 3 | Enter the dates required for 'Period of arrival.' |
| 4 | Choose how you would like to receive the report from 'Report view' Select from the two options:
Note: If there is incorrect/incomplete information entered, then a red asterisk will appear. Repeat Steps 2 to 4. |
| 5 | Select additional criteria from the drop down menus in the following 4 categories:
Result: Additional drop down menus may appear allowing you to choose further options. You may choose one or several options. |
| 6 | Click on 'Next'. |
| 7 | Have you selected more than one report?

Note: Report generation may take several minutes. Use 'Refresh' to update status. |
| 9 | Report(s) will be automatically assigned a name. Select the name of the report you would like to view. It will be displayed in a separate window. |
