Funding Cycle
Settlement Grants Program (SGP) funding follows a cycle over the life of a grant as shown in the following table.

| June | - Organisations are notified by mail of the assessment outcomes - Successful organisations negotiate and sign Funding Agreements |
| 1 July | - Grant commences |
| Each quarter | - Progress and Statistical Client Activity Reports submitted online (OSCAR) |
| End of financial year and end of grant | - Progress reports and audited Financial Statements submitted to the department |
