Quarterly Reporting
Funded organisations are required to submit regular reports to show their performance in delivering the SGP projects. To find out more about reporting timeframes and responsibilities, refer to the reporting information in the Managing a Settlement Grant section.

The content of each quarterly report is outlined below.
Quarterly reports
First and Third Quarter reports:
- are a summary of activities that demonstrate progress against the Performance Measures in the Work Program
- may be filled out by grants managers in face-to-face interviews
or - are completed and submitted online by funded organisations.
Second Quarter report
The Second Quarter report includes:
- a summary of activities that demonstrate progress against the Performance Measures in the Work Program
- any issues that affect, or could affect, the delivery of the project
- an unaudited Statement of Income and Expenditure.
Fourth Quarter/End of Financial Year report
An End of Funded Period/End of Financial Year report includes:
- a summary of activities and achievements against the Performance Measures in the Approved Work Program
- an audited Statement of Income and Expenditure for the project prepared by a certified auditor
- an audited Statement of Financial Performance for the organisation as a whole.
