OSCAR
Funded organisations are required to report on client activity using the Online Settlement Client Activity Reports (OSCAR).
What is OSCAR?
OSCAR is an online statistical collection tool. SGP funded organisations are required to record information about their direct client contacts using OSCAR. For the first time, information on client contacts with funded organisations will be available on a consistent and national basis.
OSCAR reports
A funded organisations' access to OSCAR will be limited to the ability to enter, retrieve and edit only their own client contact information. Funded organisations can receive reports of the data they have entered.
Use of the information from OSCAR
The information from OSCAR is used to identify the number and demographics of clients who receive SGP funded services and the type of services they access. The information provided from OSCAR ontributes to:
- needs based planning
- responses to Parliamentary, media and public inquiries
- alignment of statistical information with each organisation's Work Program.
