Training

The department provides some training for staff in funded organisations in relation to accountability requirements including online settlement client activity reporting.

National Training Strategy

In accordance with the department's National Training Strategy training will be provided to assist funded organisations to meet the requirements of the Funding Agreement and Work Program. Topics covered in this training include writing progress reports, developing performance measures and management skills for Management Committee members. Issue specific training

Some state and territory offices run issues based training courses, such as on mental health or the needs of migrant women. Contact your Grants Manager for more information.

Other training

The department runs training courses on the online reporting system at different times. The department will notify funded organisations when this training is available.
