Complex Case Support Principles and Client Brochure Translations

The Complex Case Support (CCS) program provides support to refugees and humanitarian entrants with complex and high needs.

CCS Principles

The CCS Principles govern the delivery of CCS services to clients. Service providers must provide services in a manner that promotes and is consistent with the CCS Principles. Clients are provided with a copy of the CCS Principles during their first contact with a service provider. The service provider is required to explain the principles to the client at this time.

The CCS Principles are also available in ten community languages.

A brochure for clients and potential clients explains the CCS program. It also explains who is eligible for CCS, how people are referred and the kind of help they can get through CCS.
