Brisbane City Council's One City, Many Cultures strategy, together with its Working with Refugees Strategy, are an integral part of Living in Brisbane 2010 - a vision for our city's future as an inclusive city.
The One City, Many Cultures strategy encourages people from every place and culture to:
- feel welcome and accepted in Brisbane City;
- take part in the life of the city; and
- have equal and fair opportunities;
The postcards explain the strategy in simple terms, in English and community languages, to all Brisbane City Council residents why council has a cultural diversity strategy and what it can mean for them.
