Increase of the Minimum Salary Level under the Employer Nomination Scheme

A new legislative instrument made under paragraphs 5.19(2)(h), 5.19(2)(i), 121.211(b) and 856.213(b) of the Migration Regulations 1994 has been registered. This legislative instrument increases the minimum salary levels under the Employer Nomination Scheme by 4.1 percent with effect from 1 July 2009.

The new instrument revokes Instrument number IMMI 08/062, made on 25 July 2008.
