From 22 July 2004, immigration law has been amended to provide the Minister with discretion to require certain internet lodged subclass 676 Tourist (Short Stay) visa applicants to meet certain criteria.

To effect these changes, paragraph 676.214(f) of Schedule 2 to the Migration Regulations has been inserted.
