From 1 March 2003, immigration law has been amended to require all subclass 420 (Entertainer) visa applicants to lodge their applications at the Sydney Gateway Business Centre.

Additional information: From 1 March 2003, all subclass 420 (Entertainer) visa applicants must lodge their applications at the Sydney Gateway Business Centre office. The applications can be lodged by mail, facsimile or by courier.
Any subclass 420 (Entertainer) visa application lodged at another office or without a completed sponsorship form (Form 148) will not be valid.
Applications for Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) nationals will
be processed to finalisation in the Sydney Gateway Business Centre.
While some processing of non-ETA nationals cases will occur at SBC,
certain applications may be referred to overseas posts for partial
processing.

Instructions: PAM3 Subclass 420 guidelines are being updated.
Effect on delegations: Nil.
Effect on systems: ICSE has been amended to allow for the
grant of a subclass 420 visa to an offshore applicant.
