Global Health operates during Australian business hours. It does not operate on weekends and Australian public holidays.

Response times

We will usually respond to any emails, faxes or messages within three (3) working days. If you have an emergency and we are not available please contact your local departmental office outside Australia (Embassy/Consulate/High Commission).
