The documents below explain what examinations are routinely required from people applying for Australian visas.
- Form 26 Medical Examination For An Australian Visa (187KB PDF file)
- Form 160 Radiological Report On Chest X-ray Of An Applicant For An Australian Visa (108KB PDF file)
- Forms 26EH and 160EH can only be downloaded as part of an online application. These forms will have the applicant's name, date of birth and address pre-printed. Please always use the Form 26EH and/or 160EH provided by an applicant. This facilitates form processing
