New processing locations for onshore business skills applications
From 20 October 2008 all new onshore business skills applications from the Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia will be processed in the Adelaide State Office.
This applies to the following subclasses:
- Established Business in Australia (Subclass 845)
- Regional Established Business in Australia (Subclass 846)
- Business Owner (Residence) (Subclass 890)
- State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner (Residence) (Subclass 892)
- State/Territory Sponsored Investor (Residence) (Subclass 893)
- Independent Executive Further Application Onshore (Subclass 457IEFAO)
While we encourage you to lodge directly with the Adelaide office, applications will still be accepted at your nearest state or territory office.

Onshore business skills applications from New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria will be processed in Adelaide from 1 January 2009.
